- Tinned pureed Pumpkin (425g)
- 2 Egg whites
- 55g no added Sugar organic Cocoa
- 4 heaped tablespoons Splenda
- 40g MaxiRAW Casein Sustain
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- Small handful of 80% dark choc chips
- Optional – chopped nuts.
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Place mixture into a greased tray.
- Cook at 170 Degree’s C for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing into squares *
